WhatsApp ordering for restaurants
Instead of sending a PDF or typing the available dishes repeatedly, give customers one digital menu where they can browse, prepare an order, and open a structured WhatsApp message to your restaurant.
LinkMenuz WhatsApp ordering is a customer-controlled delivery handoff. The customer chooses dishes in the live menu, adds delivery details, and opens a prepared order in WhatsApp. The message is only sent when the customer confirms it, and the restaurant remains responsible for accepting and arranging the delivery.

The prepared message can include selected items, quantities, notes, the displayed total, and the customer’s delivery details. This gives the restaurant a clearer starting point than an unstructured chat.
A WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not automatic acceptance. The restaurant confirms whether it can fulfil the order and agrees on timing, charges, delivery coverage, and payment with the customer.
WhatsApp is intended for the enabled delivery flow. Orders from active tables, rooms, and other in-house service locations appear in the LinkMenuz order dashboard.

STEP 2
The customer browses the live menu, chooses available dishes, and adds the requested delivery details.
