Keep the menu and ordering connected
Prices, descriptions, photos, availability, and ordering options live in the same menu. When the restaurant publishes a change, customers using the existing QR code see the updated version.
Restaurant ordering system Uganda
LinkMenuz combines a mobile digital menu, location-specific QR codes, an order dashboard, delivery ordering through WhatsApp, and analytics for restaurants and hospitality businesses in Uganda.
A restaurant ordering system lets guests browse the current menu and send an order from their phone. LinkMenuz identifies orders placed through active table, room, or service-location QR codes, while delivery customers can prepare an order and send it to the restaurant through WhatsApp.

Create active service locations for tables, hotel rooms, counters, or other service points. The location travels with the order so staff do not have to ask the guest where they are seated.
New orders appear in the restaurant dashboard. Staff can review order details and move an order through the available statuses instead of relying on separate handwritten messages.
When delivery and WhatsApp ordering are enabled, a customer can prepare the order in the menu and choose to send the generated message to the restaurant’s WhatsApp number.
How it works
STEP 1
Add the restaurant details, menu sections, dishes, prices, photos, and current availability.
STEP 2
Generate QR codes for the tables, rooms, counters, or packaging that need a direct menu entry point.
STEP 3
Use the dashboard to view in-house orders and the restaurant WhatsApp account for enabled delivery orders.
