STEP 1
Choose the plan
Use Pro for up to 30 active table, room, or service-location QR codes. Choose Pro Max when you need unlimited commercial service-location codes.
QR menus for restaurants in Uganda
Guests scan, browse, and order without downloading an app. You update dishes, receive table or room orders, manage QR codes, and see analytics from one dashboard.
Plans start at UGX 100,000 monthly or $30 monthly.
Ask questions before paying. We will help you choose the right plan.
How it works
The QR code points to the live menu, not a fixed image or printed price list. When the restaurant publishes a change, guests see the current version through the same code.
Add menu sections, dishes, descriptions, prices, photos, and availability.
Create codes for tables, hotel rooms, service sections, and delivery packaging.
See table and room orders in the dashboard or receive delivery orders through WhatsApp.
What we help you set up
You can build LinkMenuz yourself from the dashboard or ask us for guidance before you subscribe. Printed materials remain separate, so you only request the quantities and format your venue needs.
STEP 1
Use Pro for up to 30 active table, room, or service-location QR codes. Choose Pro Max when you need unlimited commercial service-location codes.
STEP 2
Add sections, dishes, descriptions, prices, photos, availability, contact details, and the ordering options you want to use.
STEP 3
Download permanent codes for tables, rooms, service areas, or delivery packaging. Each active service location can identify where an in-house order came from.
STEP 4
Request a free WhatsApp quotation for stickers, table stands, cards, or other printed QR materials. Software subscriptions and printing are priced separately.
Both LinkMenuz plans include the restaurant dashboard and analytics. The difference is the capacity for active table, room, or service-location QR codes and image storage.
Restaurants and hospitality
A venue can use a different QR code for each service location. That location is attached to an in-house order so staff know where it came from.
Made for Uganda's hospitality businesses
LinkMenuz runs in the guest's browser, so venues in Kampala, Entebbe, Jinja, Wakiso, Mbarara, and elsewhere in Uganda can use the same QR-menu workflow. Plan prices are available in Uganda shillings, and setup questions can be handled directly through WhatsApp.

Stickers, cards, and table materials
Your subscription includes downloadable QR codes. If you also need printed stickers, table stands, cards, or packaging labels, tell us the format and quantity through WhatsApp. We provide a separate quotation so printing does not inflate the software price.
